Persuasive presentation: Lesson plan 3

Each lesson plan in this 'Persuasive Presentation' series includes learning outcomes, success criteria, pre-lesson preparation notes, resources and a step-by-step learning sequence. In this lesson students will learn to use visuals effectively to enhance their persuasive speech. Each student will need to create a two or three minute persuasive speech on the same topic, and use visual tools such a PowerPoint, to assist their speech! The lesson will conclude with time for students to give each other feedback and reflect on their learning. Homework ideas are provided for students to take home and work on later.
