The lesson begins with students watching a video, followed by an explanation of the 'miles' of everyday items travel to be consumed. The final task of the lesson involves students investigating the lifecycle and impact of a product. The lesson concludes with time for students to write in their learning log, as well as a homework exercise for the student to complete out of the classroom.
