How to Use a Dictionary

This e-unit contains three versions of a page from a dictionary, catering to the varying levels of students in the class. Students will read over the text before working through a series of questions. Students will become familiar with the worksheet, draw on their study skills to answer the main questions, increase their understanding of words and why they were used in the text and have the chance to evaluate the purpose of a dictionary. Answers are also provided for each question to assist the teacher with marking.
