Essay exemplar, comprehension Qs and language features task.

The essay in this unit includes a step-by-step model that students can use as a guide when writing an essay expressing their views on a specific topic. It is followed by some comprehension questions based on the content, purpose and audience. The final tasks focus on language features used within the essay and encourage students to consider the type of visual features that could be added to make the message more effective.
