The five worksheets in this unit contain two types of exercises. The first exercise gives an incomplete number line and ten - fifteen addtiion or subtraction equations. Stduents need to complete teh number line then use it to help them solve the equations. The second type of task is word problems. For example, There were 5 fish in the tank. Philip picked 2. How many fish are left? An equation template is provided to support students with their working.
